Furthermore, the system supports a distributor to establish sustainable business agreements with suppliers and third party distribution partners (I.e. travel agents, tour operators and other travel related distribution partners).

Citybreak™ Professional provides Citybreak Agent, a travel network that enables the distributor to share their individual network of third party distribution partners. A business agreement between a Distributor and a third party distribution partner is defined on the basis of commission and payment structure, and is entered as an electronic form into Citybreak™.

Citybreak Professional enables a Distributor to create attractive pre-defined packages. Each package can be a combination of accommodation, transportation, attractions, events and other travel related products. The also system supports flexible packages. These packages are created in real-time as a direct response to the visitor’s requests of a certain combination of products. The reservation personnel can then decide if they want the confirmation to show one price or individual prices for each product.

By using Citybreak Easy Access a Distributor can easily set up and administrate its business agreements with suppliers. Each such business agreement—between a destination and a supplier—is defined on the basis of availability, price/s and payment structure.
